Information on the amount of the last LMT invoice can be found by authorising at My LMT via Smart-ID, eSignature or internet bank.

How can I settle my LMT invoice?
My LMT
You can use My LMT to pay for our services anywhere and at any time. You only need access to the Internet. 
A payment can be also made online or with a payment card.
When you pay via My LMT, we receive the payment instantaneously and no further confirmation is required.

Bank transfer

You can pay for LMT services by a bank transfer to our account.

ATM

Currently, only one bank offers payments via ATMs.
Cash

See below list to find out where you can pay for our services in cash.
- At LMT Customer Service Centers in the whole of Latvia (commission per LMT invoice, advance or any other payment is 1.00 €, cash and payment cards accepted)
- Any office of Latvijas Pasts
- All Maxima, Mego and some Top stores
- In Narvesen points of sale

Please remember! To make a payment you will have to present a printout of your invoice.
What should I do if I made an incorrect payment?
  • If you have paid more than you should have, the balance will be treated as an advance. It will be deducted from the amount of your next invoice.

  • If you have paid less than you should have, the outstanding balance can be paid later – just indicate the respective invoice number.

  • If you entered the number of your previous invoice, when you made the payment, do not worry – we will receive it!

  • If you indicated incorrect connection number, customer number or invoice number, please contact us ASAP at My LMT, by calling 8076 8076 or e-mailing to info@lmt.lv.

What should I do if I received a reminder (e-mail or SMS) about a late payment?

If the payment has already been made, please inform us via the Invoices section of My LMT or send a text message with the paid amount (e.g. 9.95) to 8076 8076. 

If the payment has not been made yet, please pay by authorising at My LMT via Smart-ID, eSignature or internet bank. We will receive the payment instantaneously and no further confirmation will be needed.

What should I do if I have not paid my LMT invoice on time?
If you cannot pay an LMT invoice by the deadline or in full, please contact us in due time by calling 8076 8076 or sending an e-mail to info@lmt.lv We will make a decision on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.

Please remember that if the invoice is not paid on time or in full, pursuant to the LMT Service Agreement you have to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of 0.2% from the due amount for each day of the delay. The contractual penalty is included in subsequent invoices and calculated pursuant to the Civil Law. Contractual penalty continues to accrue after the termination of your LMT Services Agreement.

Pursuant to the applicable law, LMT has a right to completely or partially suspend its services and/or terminate the agreement, and transfer information about the debt and the subscriber to a duly registered debt recovery and credit history data base. Besides, a period, when the provision of LMT services is terminated due to the user’s debt, LMT is entitled to calculate a subscription/monthly fee for the period, when services were terminated, by retaining the customer number, and a fee for the termination and restoration of the service. Therefore, we encourage you to timely contact LMT to find individual solutions for such situations.

Can I pay my LMT invoice later or by installments?

If you would like to extend the payment deadline or pay by installments, please contact us in due time at My LMT, by calling 8076 8076 or sending an e-mail to info@lmt.lv. We will make a decision on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.

Where can I pay the LMT invoice in cash, if I cannot visit a Customer Centre?
