How can I become an LMT customer now?
It’s simple – fill in an application form electronically under the chapter Join the LMT! We will deliver the LMT Service Agreement and a SIM card by courier free of charge. The Service Agreement you can approve electronically at My LMT, authorising via internet bank, eSignature or Smart-ID.
How can I apply for a Schoolchild deal?

An existing customer must authorise at My LMT via the internet bank, eSignature or Smart-ID and write an application under the chapter Saziņa ar LMT (Contact us).

Application must contain:
  • the number which you want to connect
  • name, surname of a schoolchild
  • identity number of the schoolchild
How can I apply for a Family deal?

You can apply for a Family deal: 

  • on LMT website HERE 
  • by sending an e-mail to info@lmt.lv 
  • at My LMT, authorising via internet bank, eSignature or Smart-ID
How can I apply for a Youth deal?
We ask you to contact electronically at My LMT or by e-mail info@lmt.lv.
How can I change a tariff plan for my voice connection number or make changes to the Internet via handset service?
Changes can be made at My LMT.

Under chapter Pieslēgumi (Connections) -> select the number to which you want to add changes -> select Tarifu plāns (Tariff plan) or Papildu pakalpojums (Additional service). 
How can I change from post-payment service to prepayment service remotely?

You can change from the post-payment to prepayment service remotely! 

Please contact us at My LMT, authorising via internet bank, eSignature or Smart-ID, or write an e-mail from your invoice delivery e-mail address.

How can I change the subscriber remotely?

Such changes can be done by the current holder of the number at the web portal My LMT by authorising via internet bank, eSignature or Smart-ID.

Under chapter Iesniegumi (Applications) – select Abonenta maiņa (Change subscriber).

Please ask the new holder of the number to contact us on the delivery of SIM card and type of approval of the agreement.

If you cannot authorise at My LMT, please write us from your invoice delivery e-mail address to info@lmt.lv and attach a signed application. The application must contain the data of the existing holder of the number – name, surname, identity number and customer number.

If you cannot do it electronically, feel free to contact us – we will find a solution!

How can I switch from an agreement of unlimited duration to a fixed-term agreement?

Please contact us at My LMT, authorising via internet bank, eSignature or Smart-ID, or write an e-mail from the invoice delivery e-mail address to info@lmt.lv, enclosing the application signed by the customer.
After receiving your application, we will contact you electronically!

How can I replace a SIM card, if I am in quarantine?

If you need to replace a SIM card, feel free to contact us – we will send you a new SIM card by mail!

We will ask you to specify:

  • the number for which to replace the SIM card
  • name, surname of the customer
  • contact phone
How can I find out my PIN or PUK code?
Your PIN and PUK code information is available at My LMT under chapter Profils (Profile) -> Profila iestatījumi (Profile settings) -> SIM karte (SIM card).

If the PIN1 code is entered incorrectly 3 times and is blocked, you need to enter the PUK1 code you can find at My LMT. When you enter the PUK1 code, you will have to enter a new PIN1 code on your phone – choose the one you want and remember it!
Why the internet is not working or is slow, Smart TV is malfunctioning? Why I can`t make or receive calls?
In some cases, due to increased customer activity, the load on LMT network may significantly increase, as many companies are currently actively organising their work remotely. We have attracted additional resources to ensure the continuity of network activity in this emergency and encourage all our customers to use mobile communications in a socially responsible way. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I remotely come to LMT from another operator, while abroad?

No, the number portability is possible only when in Latvia.

Can I change my personal data remotely (e.g., change surname)?

Please contact us at My LMT, authorising via internet bank, eSignature or Smart-ID, or write an e-mail from your invoice delivery e-mail address.

How can I buy LMT Karte starter kit?

You can buy an LMT Karte starter kit at LMT e-store HERE. We will deliver it by courier free of charge, but you can pay for it at the time of your order or to the courier at the time of delivery via the bank card.
