PIN and PUK codes are codes used to ensure the safety of your SIM card and phone. If your phone is switched off, it can be switched on only by someone who knows the PIN code. Thus, is it safer to keep your PIN code verification function active. PUN code can be used in cases when the SIM card is locked after repeated entry of an incorrect PIN code. For the phone to function, a PUN code has to be entered.
Currently, these codes cannot be used, but you may need them in the future when we introduce new network services.
If your PIN code is locked (usually after 3 unsuccessful attempts), a PUK code request will appear on the screen of your phone. The PUK code is indicated on the original packaging of your SIM card. If it is lost, please call 8076 8076. When you enter the PUK code, you phone will function again.
