How it works

One number for both devices multisim
Link your phone number to your smartwatch – in future the number for both devices will be the same!
One tariff plan multisim
The smartphone does not require a separate voice tariff plan and internet service. For example, if you have Freedom and Independence, your smartwatch will also have unlimited calls, text messages and internet.
For LMT clients only multisim
Both the smartwatch and the smartphone must operate on the LMT network. The service is available to LMT customers who enter into agreement of indefinite duration.

How to connect?

The Multi-SIM service can be connected at any LMT client centre and on My LMT.
After activation of the eSIM on the smartwatch, you’ll need to restart your phone!
 

Multi-SIM connection on My LMT

Make sure everything is prepared!

  • You use the LMT voice tariff plan.
  • You have one of these Samsung smartwatches – Galaxy Watch LTE or Galaxy Watch Active 2.
  • The phone has free operational memory of at least 1.6 GB.
  • The phone has an updated operating system version – iPhone models have at least iOS 9.0, while Androids have at least 6.0 OS.
Important! If your phone only has eSIM (not a SIM card), at the time of the activation of the service, you must insert any active LMT SIM card into the phone. If this is not an option, please visit the nearest LMT client centre – we’ll help!
Multi-SIM connection on My LMT
  1. Authorization on your My LMT account.
  2. In the Connections section, choose the number to connect the Multi-SIM to.
  3. In additional services, choose the service Multi-SIM and the instruction smartwatch eID, on which you want to activate the LMT eSIM. The smartwatch’s eID is shown on the smartwatch packaging, and in the watch’s settings in the section About Watch/Device.
  4. After a short while, you’ll receive a confirmation text message on your phone and your watch’s eSIM PIN1.
 Remote eSIM activation on your smartwatch

  1. Connecting the Multi-SIM service, you will receive a text message with your smartwatch eSIM PIN1.
  2. Set up the Galaxy Wearable/Galaxy Watch app on the phone.
  3. Connect the smartwatch to the phone and follow the instructions.
  4. The Samsung app will automatically find the eSIM on the watch – activate it, entering the previously received PIN1.
  5. eSIM has been activated on your smartwatch – enjoy!
* Monthly fee for the device, when entering into the Installment agreement for 24 months. New customers (less than 3 months) may be asked to pay the first instalment. The number of devices is limited.
* Text a command, if you want to subscribe to the service for a specified fee already now. Information about the right of wirhdrawal (lv). In case of one-time purchase, the service is provided at once, without applying the right of withdrawal.
