How to perform a subscriber change in My LMT?
Such changes can be made by the current number owner in My LMT by logging in with internet banking, eParaksts, or Smart-ID. In the application, you will need to provide the name and surname or company name, personal ID number or company registration number, and a contact phone number.
Go to Pakalpojumi (Services) section and select Abonenta maiņa (Subscriber Change).
Please inform the new number owner to contact us regarding SIM card delivery and the method of contract confirmation.
The fee for subscriber change is 2.00 €* and will be included in the new subscriber’s first invoice.
*If the new owner is a private individual.
