Yes, you can do that at any moment. Ask for the substitution of your plan via My LMT or at any LMT Customer Service Center by lodging a request.

It is not possible to transfer from the fixed network to the mobile network without losing your number.
Can I use my tariff plan abroad?
Yes, of course. Travel with a piece of mind!
