      Sequential Call Forwarding

      A world without missed calls

      Calls can be automatically forwarded to other numbers in a pre-defined sequence (sequential ringing). For example, if a customer calls to an ordering or service number, the call is answered by employee A, but if his line is busy or he is out for lunch, the call is forwarded to colleague B, colleague C, etc.

      • Maximum number of numbers included in the forwarding sequence is 12.
      • The type of sequence can be chosen, e.g. the first call is always received by the same number or the calls can be spread to distribute the workload.
      • The dialing length can be pre-defined – 10, 20 or 30 seconds.
      • Fixed monthly charge – 3.00 €. Together with tariff plan VIRTUAL Office phone – 4.40 €.


      Important

      • The service is available together with any Office phone tariff plan – BUSINESS or ECONOMY.
      • Numbers that are included in the list cannot have any other forwarding service activated.
      • Only the listed numbers will receive calls (not those that have this service activated).
      • The forwarding completes one cycle – if no listed employee picks up, the call is discontinued.
