For your safety

What is a PIN and a PUK code?
PIN and PUK codes are codes used to ensure the safety of your SIM card and phone. If your phone is switched off, it can be switched on only by someone who knows the PIN code. Thus, is it safer to keep your PIN code verification function active.
PUN code can be used in cases when the SIM card is locked after repeated entry of an incorrect PIN code. For the phone to function, a PUN code has to be entered.
Why do I need PIN2 and PUK2?

Currently, these codes cannot be used, but you may need them in the future when we introduce new network services.

What should I do if I forget or block the PIN code of my phone?
If the PIN code is blocked (usually after 3 erroneous attempts), the PUK code request is displayed on your phone screen.

You can find the PUK code on the original packaging of the SIM card, as well as in My LMT (lv) under Profils (Profile) –> Profila iestatījumi (Profile settings) –> SIM karte (SIM card). If you still cannot find it, call us at 8076 8076. Once you have entered your PUK code, created and approved your new PIN code, everything will function again!
