LMT extends the option for residents of Ukraine who are currently in the territory of Latvia to continue using mobile network services for free for 90 more days.
“It has been almost three months already since Ukraine is fighting for its freedom. In our thoughts and deeds we are together with the Ukrainian people. When the war in Ukraine started, LMT provided the opportunity for Ukrainian refugees in Latvia to communicate and use the Internet for free for 3 months. We can see that this service is still vitally necessary, so we are extending this option, and all Ukrainian refugees will be able to use the mobile services without paying for 90 more days,” says Juris Binde, President of LMT.
New SIM cards may still be received in Latvian municipalities, Support center for Ukraine in Kaļķu 1, Riga, as well as in headquarters of Ziedot.lv in Sēlpils 2c.
