Where can I have my device repaired?

To hand over devices for warranty, paid and insured repair is so easy – you can do it remotely, smoothly and conveniently!

  • Apply for repair of the device on TSC website HERE (lv).
  • In the registration form you will be able to choose the most convenient form of delivery (Omniva parcel machine, DPD courier or parcel machine).
  • Warranty documents can also be attached to the registration form.
  • After repair, we will send the repaired device to your selected destination address or parcel machine.
  • You will be able to pay right there – on TSC website.

You can also take your phone for repair to any LMT Customer Service Center – wherever it is more convenient!

In which cases can I ask for help from the service personnel?

When will my device be repaired?

We always strive to ensure excellent customer service and provide high quality services to make you feel good even as you face technical difficulties. Though during the last few years the number of devices has rapidly increased, we have managed to dramatically reduce our turnover time – now the repairs take as little time as possible, but never more than 15 days. If we have to order some spare parts from their manufacturers, we will definitely inform you that more time is needed to complete the works.

In rare cases, when complex solutions are required, we will send your device to an after-sales facility in another EU state. 

If possible, we will offer a temporary substitute while we repair your device.

In which cases can I be refused the after-sales service?

Free after-sales repairs are not offered if the device is damaged as a result of failure to comply with manufacturer’s instructions, for example, mechanical damage, humidity, installation of software unauthorized by the manufacturer, as well as other damage inflicted by the user and not covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee.

How can I find out the repair status of my device?

The easiest way to find that out is by entering the IMEI code HERE.

You can also call 67808808 and provide the number of the repairs receipt or the IMEI code, and the service personnel will inform you about the status.
