How can I receive services if the Customer Service Centre in my city is closed?

Currently, all LMT Customer Service Centres are returning to normal operation. Follow the information in the Contacts section and remember that all LMT services can also be received remotely.

  • LMT service activities – at My LMT: change of connections, payment of bills, activation of new services.
  • You can purchase devices and accessories at LMT e-store.
  • Information on remote handover of devices – TSC.lv/en.

Which services are available in open Customer Centres?
Currently, most of LMT Customer Service Centres are open again – we are at your disposal, observing the restrictions set by the country. We provide all the usual services, except for the transfer of contacts via a computer.
* Text a command, if you want to subscribe to the service for a specified fee already now. Information about the right of wirhdrawal (lv). In case of one-time purchase, the service is provided at once, without applying the right of withdrawal.
