      A receptionist or another employee who receives company calls will answer a call and by pressing the call transfer button will transfer it to a colleague – a manager, an accountant, a warehouse worker, etc.

      • 2 transferred calls can be active at the same time.
      • Calls can be transferred only to public mobile and fixed networks (numbers begin with 2 or 6).
      • Maximum length of a transferred call is 60 minutes (the call will be discontinued afterwards).
      • Available if the phone provides for this functionality.
